Forklift Operator/ Material Handler

Role Purpose:
The Forklift Operator is responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. The Operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and may also be required to perform Order Filler and Checker duties.
Responsibilities:
- To include but not limited to Removing/Replacing/Labeling and putting away racks from the production floor
- Wrap bins
- Make vinyl sides
- Receiving per procedures
- Inventory control
- Housekeeping
- Outside housekeeping
- Reporting/Throwing of scrap per procedure
- Communicate with customers
- Expedite Parts
- Rotate stock properly
- Maintain forklift
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Knowledge of / and compliance with Safety Regulations
- Dependable with a good attendance record
- Available to work overtime
- Forklift driver experience
- Computer literate
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner with customers and team members
- Self starter, with demonstrated continuous improvement traits
- Perform tasks through completion
